This was my first kindle book, read on my iphone, and I whizzed through it. To my knowledge, this is Adam Duke's first published novel. My previous Christian fiction interests were primarily Frank Peretti. This book reads much like a Peretti novel, and brought me back to those days when I couldn't put down a Peretti book. The plot is fast paced and the chapters are short, keeping multiple story lines in play at once, which kept my interest. Some of the grammar seemed a bit out of place or awkward, but overall it was worth the $13 kindle version price, and I will be looking for Adam Duke's next book.Product details

I enjoyed this book. I like the characters, especially detective Roberts. The story line was fast paced and varied. I would recommend this book to anyone who enjoys reading thrillers or mystries.
